Ratings and reviews

Useless app for ordering medicines. It uses whatsap for messaging and the logic is pathetic. Even feedback option also gives api failure! I have been a NH ONE customer for few weeks and have tried to order medicines at least 5 times without any success. They promise 20% discount on medicines..but good luck with that if you can ever order them on the app.

I've had a consistently terrible experience with this hospital. Every time I book an appointment, the doctor is never available at the scheduled time, resulting in long and frustrating waits. Additionally, the staff is incredibly careless, making the overall experience even worse. This app needs significant improvements to provide reliable service and better management of appointments.

please make a navigation for each department, test rooms, scan, x-ray etc..it easy for us to find out various departments in hospital. without bothering others. step by step, we should follow up with as per tests.
