I use to really like it, but they had this big update that took ages. Since then, I can't trust what it says I have in my account, and things tend to show up all at once in a cluster after days. I've had to call to deal with overdraft fees because of it. On top of that their credit payment for their card went off app, then back on to loans, just making it confusing and getting rude about it when I called. Their statements also have been a issue and feels.like they just missed a step. It's a mess

Not really sure how I feel about the new app. It's not easy to access for bill pay or to even edit a payment that is still pending to be paid. I tried to edit and it just gives you the payee to edit. Then I clicked on the pending payment after I searched and it looked like it edited it, but it just made a seperate payment. So I ended up having 2 different payments for one account and had to go in and delete 2nd. Nightmare!!!!!! Fix this please.

The previous version of the app was much better. this new version looks super basic, is not actually easy to Interact with visually. it doesn't tell me what my transactions are unless I click on each one individually. There should be an option to go back to the other version for use. Not sure what about this new version Is better than the other. I see no upgrades or better features than before. if it aint broke, don't fix it.
