I only gave 3 stars as for me the app as stopped working recently. When I first subscribed (July 2025) it worked ok, but since I changed to a new phone by the end of October, the app is not showing other profiles. I have contacted the help department which only works, at least for me, through email, with a response of 2 to 3 days later, I followed the ditections but the issue still remains. It could be my phone. I'm still pondering on trying the helpline again or just cancel the subscription.
