The DavNor App is the official mobile application of the Provincial Government of Davao del Norte, developed under its eGovernance Program to enhance internal service delivery through digital transformation. This platform provides government personnel with secure mobile access to essential administrative functions, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Currently, the application features the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Module, which allows employees to apply for leaves, Permission to Leave Office (PTLOs), and pass slips. It also supports the recommendation and approval of these requests, the reversion of Daily Time Records (DTR), and real-time viewing of leave credits. Integrated into this module are Health and Wellness features, enabling users to access consultation schedules, view laboratory results, and retrieve prescriptions.
The DAvNor App reflects the Province’s continued commitment to digital innovation and good governance. Additional modules will be introduced in future updates to further enhance its functionality and service accessibility.
