Horrible app. When you ordering and you exit to reply a message, eg., and when you return back to the app it will not show anything and goes blank forever. You need to keep on restarting the app. And yea, time wasting.

Experience to order food was OK. Payment experience was not that good. When I have chosen to use my member points to reduce the total cost, it shows the deduction at the checkout. However, when at the payment screen, the deduction was gone. The full amount was charged to my credit card without the member points deduction. This defeats the purpose of giving member points if we can't use it. 🙁

If you're going to have an app, then the least you can do is make it work at a basic level. This is such a terrible app. I wanted pizza, spent 20 mins using this horrible app, and then at checkout it says it needs the mobile number field to be filled, but the field isn't on the screen. So I don't get pizza, toy don't get money. We both lose. Sort it out.
