I've been trying to contact MWeb for 10 days, waited many hours on their useless call centre. Can't get progress report, can't get confirmation that anything will be done, or by when. Absolutely hopeless! Can't contact anyone directly by phone. No hope of reaching anyone by email. I give up. Cancelling all services. Vodacom has already schedulled installation of services need, immediate, over the phone, confirmed in email, all in 20 minutes. MWeb you really suck at communication.

I have been with Mweb for 10 years and they service is becoming worse each day. I am in the process of termination with them and it is still such a hassle. They only provide a good service for placing an order with them. To call and get assistance from an agent is such an added cost, the live chat feature is an absolute waste

Non existant customer support! The Live chat is a joke. Any form of customer support via the app is useless. Area outage is so useless, i can see a maintenance vehicle down the street, working on the line that has been down for 2 days, but still the app says no outages.
