Terrible user experience. When using the live chat feature, why aren't there push notifications to let me know when someone is finally available to help me? Instead, I need to keep my phone open and monitor it, like a phone call. Why do I get sent to different agents, and they do not have the context of my enquiry, and I have to repeat myself every time? Why do I need to confirm my details every time, even though I'm sending messages with your app (which I need to log into using my credentials!)

VERY BAD, every time you log into the app you need to put a one time pin, but it tells you trusted device no need to log in again, it's extremely annoying, you give agent instructions and never gets followed, they ad money on your account and when you refuse to pay it they suspend the account! I so regret going with mweb

don't bother. please save yourself if you don't want frustrations. the billing department will just add amounts automatically on your account. They cancel your service even if you didn't ask for it and bill you for that. customer service will just cut the conversations the you have to explain over and over again. please don’t bother.
