I have chosen to use the app in Dutch (BE). When I go for example to 'my account' or 'offers' in the app, I see everything in French (French appears even in more places in the app). I also have to authenticate myself every time I want to consult tickets or my UGC card, even if I am already authenticated in the app. Therefore the UX is very poor. The app feels like a 1 star app, the only reason that I have given 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the end I was able to buy tickets.

The app just redirect to the website (like it's only a button which opens the website in your browser app) . It's been 3 months. Why bother making an app if it's only a link to the website?

The site and app are lousy, it takes forever to create an account and it doesn't even work properly. No added value....and thanks for accepting my code and not giving me a ticket in return.
