Zero stars.I added money for one vendor and it turns out the vendor recently declined neosurf payments (gee i wonder why). When I tried to withdraw the funds to my bank, it tells me I've exceeded the maximum threshold for withdrawals. Website says one withdrawal every 10 days. I haven't used my account in months. It won't let me upgrade to bypass this. Tells me my credentials are wrong (even though I'm logged into the app??). They have yet to respond to any of my 3 emails.

I wasn't able to use my voucher to make a purchase unless I created an account on this app and add my voucher to my account. Then I wasn't able to use the funds on the account unless I got verified. I uploaded my documents online and it's been a week and no one checks my documents and you can only email the customer service and it takes them days to respond and they don't respond properly. Telling me to verify my account. It's a complete joke, as of right now they basically just stole my money.

I have proof that they took my two vouchers worth 20$ and there's been a glitch in there site which has not credited my account and the vouchers are empty now. Also they have not replied to any of my customer complaints or emails with the evidence that the site requires I have also got the proof that they took it from the voucher and out it into my neosurf account but still no answer and it's still not there. This is ridiculous.!!!
