MY SELF-MANAGEMENT (MIA) is the application developed by the Human Resources Management Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Finance and Finance of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, created to streamline the process of application and management of licenses.
This application gives you the possibility to:
• notify absences and request licenses,
• track the status of your application,
• view your license history,
• register and update your personal data.
Benefits:
· Effectiveness: You will no longer have to justify all your medical licenses in person or wait for a doctor to come to your home. The employee may request the license simply by uploading a photo of the medical certificate and uploading the information that the treating physician placed there. The justification in person will be the exception and the turn may request it directly in the application.
· Agility: You can submit documentation to the DGAMT remotely, without having to go in person.
· Convenience: You can request licenses from the device you choose (cell phone, computer or Tablet).
· Adaptability: In case you have to justify any in person, you may be summoned at the CEMET closest to the declared address.
· Traceability: You will see the status of your license processing in real time.
· Dynamism: All circuits will be shorter, faster and will be integrated.
· Assistance: You will have a help desk available, in case you have any inconvenience in loading.
· Autonomy: The processing of licenses will depend on yourself and you can review your history.
