Every time I log out the app requires a new password it won't remember my current password and it won't remember recording times that are supposed to be saved. I've set my password several times I've been uninstalled and reinstalled the app nothing seems to be working.

I don't think it's working properly for me? I can clearly see that my child's device is on and running yet the app tells me that the device is offline. It also states that it was last updated: N/A. When will it update? Please help! Update: Thanks for the response that you're working on monitoring during school hours as that is my main concern. As for the app, I feel it's not always recording but I found it's good for checking in once in a while (for now).

Update: Hi, just wanted to let you know that we released the new version 1.9.7.7 that should allow you to monitor your children during school hours. It should be released by the end of today.

All of a sudden only shows a blue screen during recorded sessions. Did my kid figure out a way to block this app from being able to record what is on her screen? Used to work just fine last week. And yes the app is up to date with the newest update. If my child uses a incognito or private browsing window would this cause the blue screen only showing during her use while I record ? Please help

Hi Kari,
A blue screen typically means that the computer is idle, meaning the Windows lock screen is showing. It usually means that they are not using the computer, but we will further investigate the issue.
