Ratings and reviews

A shifty app particularly how it lets user manages notifications. User cannot turn off Marketing Notifications from within the app and must turn off from the device settings thus turning off all notifications. Ie. To receive banking notifications (deposit/withdrawal) the user must allow it to also send marketing stuff.

Pros: fast full functional stable app. Short wait times with knowledge staff. Competitive rates. Cons. Real time transfers is a blatant lie. Unique UX.

Such a terrible app compared to other banks. I opened a new account and transferred funds, now I'm transferring funds back and going to close the account. The app barely has any features and seems outdated, flimsy and not secure at all. It's made me feel nervous about keeping my money with AMP and I've only just now seen many many negative reviews online. I can't wait to get my money out of here now.
