It is a Saturday morning. I can't login to the Member Portal from a desktop or mobile browser due to a connection error (tried with different PC's and browsers). I then tried this app and as soon as the app opens there is a message "undergoing maintenance" and no further action is possible. I need to access my Super account. There has been no notification nor is there any information on the website to indicate this. Very poor customer service!

It's ok. Portfolio valuations are usually 2 days old. App doesn't provide up-to-date information or graphs on fund or portfolio performance.

I'd like to be able to see the log out option in the main landing page rather than having to select account then selecting log out, or for Android, enabling the back button so when you go back a pop up that says do you want to log out. When you don't log out, the next time you go to use the app, it says you didn't log out last time, then you have yo exit the app and open again to get the biometric log in option to come up. I'd also like to see $ values for each investment option displayed.
