Is there any bank app in the world that: - transfer between own accounts same bank are not instant and sometimes take a day. - you can't see real time balance. You cant see reserved amounts. So the balance is not real. - Does not support instant payment in belgium. - poor transaction search. - very slow app loading.

It is good that you are being paid for transactions. However, there are also some inconvenient aspects. For example, it doesn't show the reserved amounts. That's to say, if the vendor hasn't processed your purchase yet, it is not being shown on your account, so you don't know how much is exactly left unless you keep in mind every payment you've made. Also, apparently it doesn't have instant transfers, quite a bit off-putting if you consider other neobanks are able to do that.

The charts are so bad. Can't see more than a day graphs and it gets stuck.. its painful. Forever loading anything more than a days chart. 1 month doesn't work.. neither does more..... its an important function that really should work otherwise its just useless
