The app states on the day I used it: 1USD=5,15BRL. Still when I change the input value for USD to 1, it equals to 7,36BRL. 2,21BRL for each dollar is unaccounted for. This is, of course, beyond the IOF fee, beyond the management fee also. When I asked about it in the help center, no one could explain what that extra 2,21BRL is, why it is unaccounted for. After 4 times they said I would be directed to another sector to answer me, I wasn't. My guess is that fee is a hidden fee. "Confidence" app.

Easy acess end so practical services

It is written in foreign language! I cannot understand anything. I am so mad at the lady that helped me or advised me to open it cos I cannot do anything without knowing what I am reading!
