Ratings and reviews

Completely unreliable. Authorization notification almost never shows up. I say "almost", because it worked for a couple of months, and even then it was hit or miss. Ever since mid-April, though, I haven't had a SINGLE notification appear when prompted by, say, PayPal. I have to constantly find ways to go around it. I haven't tried it with bank transfers yet, but I fear what might happen if I do. How the heck do I explain to a seller that my security app is just flat out refusing to work? That I can't pay no matter how much I want to? What if I've already entered into a purchase contract? They'll most likely assume I'm a scammer or somesuch. What then? Will Montepio bail me out? I seriously doubt it. This is a disgrace, and has the potential to be a major problem for A LOT of people. I understand the concept, and it's not bad per se, but as it stands now, it just. Doesn't. Work. Either put it back in the oven, fix it, or go back to matrix cards or SMS codes. Those were a lot more trustworthy than this... Thing.

The App is safe, easy to use. But, I have to mention that the only 2 ways they have to share /recover account on other devices, well it's bad. It won't allow me to work this app on other devices. I've been trying for the last 5 days, several times a day but It just don't work. " an error has occurred, please try later". Now, I have to carry 2 devices so I can use it outside my home. And yes, nowadays Apps are meant to be user friendly and easy to work properly so anyone can do it theyrselfes.

Useless app, doesn't work to register ENI and the other app m24 keeps asking for a popup to register on this one Have tried escalating to a technical team and like everything "Portuguese style" unfortunately you have to waste your time with a phone call with something that could have been an email, to get absolutely nowhere.
