My review when I started: Good app, interesting way. It is a joy to use the card and open mystery boxes. My review after almost a year of use: The team is too slow to respond and you can forget getting a query resolved through human intervention. Statements are received on email exposing one to risk of no information and thus repayment issues. Otherwise, the card is a good product - amongst the best ones.

No option to change communication address, please include card statement over email, apart from that good experience overall Edit: Scapia email support redirected me to one of the closet branch and I was able to make necessary changes to my communication address. As I said earlier nice app to use

Worst experience with travel part, i've booked a bus from the travel section and that was the worst decision of my life, the agents listed there are the worst of the worst. They dont bother to take passenger's call and the information listed there is wrong, the route is falsely mentioned and poor customer support from the travel agent. Never ever try to book any travel from Scapia, negative -5 ratings from my side
