Feather Gallery offers tools to identify bird species through its feathers by providing high-resolution scans of bird feathers.

The app helps you if you are interested in lifting the secret about found feathers of different shapes and colors. Find out which feather belongs to which bird.

Wherever you may be, our Feather Gallery provides a quick and easy tool to identify your feather. Just open the digital “Feather Atlas” and start your research.

The free version contains the order of Passeriformes (About 70 birds). If you like the app, use the in-app purchase to buy the full version and get access to more than 200 birds.

More than 900 feathers of 200 birds have been scanned, additionally realistic water color paintings of the bird species are provided.

Our Feather Gallery provides a search tool to facilitate the identification of unknown feathers. This tool allows to accurately identify bird species by a corresponding list of birds and to allocate the feather.

I downloaded so I could identify my feather. I did not see any tool to upload my pic. And I searched.. no upload feature, only information on different species. I had to disable the app. Hoping to find a feather identifier.

Disconnect between common names and scientific. I would likely ID the bird by it's common name first. Can't scan feathers to get identification. I'm so frustrated, I would say it's unhelpful. I'm going to uninstall it.

Meh at best. Can't upload photos like other nature based apps. Instead I had to scroll through a hundred or so pictures until I found what I was looking for. This app is ok but it seems difficult to use, like it might be easier to teach mormons about sex ed than to use this app.
