Ratings and reviews

Very unhappy. This app doesn't work. We bought these locks for our house a year and a half ago. They had some issues already but now nothing works and they took away the app that was compatible with them. We tried the link provided for the apk but it doesn't work. We will have to get all new locks if they don't fix something. We want a refund.

At the University were I work we have been using early models of sesami for years, although we have been forced to use the old application (not on iOS or Google stores anymore). This was OK until even the old version of the app stopped working on new android phones. More specifically, people working at the office (15/50 so far) upgraded to recent google phones (Pixel8/8Pro) and they are not able to enter the room. This a problem, and if not solved we might sadly change to a different product.

I have the original Sesame lock with the wifi hub to match. I had these in storage for a while because I moved to a place that didn't quite support it. Now I tried using it again, but app wont recognize and can't get any part of it to work. Also old app won't work with nee android. Life of that device has died now for me :( Other than that it was nice while it lasted.
