I've been playing this game for months, and I also spent some money in the game as well, but when there's a problem or lag or something similar, the customer service is horrible, I've contacted them 3 times and gave them all the info with screenshots. I have a huge and very annoying problem with the world boss challenge. Lost the opportunity to get the rewards because it's simply getting stuck at the end of the mission. Lost crystals and money as well...

9/12/24 Latest update makes game not load!!!.... Awesome game. But.... When leveling up between waves, you need to make skill option buttons smaller or move them up. 50% of the time when skill screen pops up, my finger auto clicks a skill since the options are directly where my finger is while I was moving my character... 5 stars once that's resolved.

I'd like for my avatar to be ABLE TO "MOVE"! DAMN! I've noticed, the avatar has been getting "stuck" a lot, when the character "should" be to "move" around everywhere. That needs to be fixed. Gee whizz. Male/USA And, there's way too many pick-ups too. Which is also slowing down, gameplay. I'm frustrated 😠 with the operation of this game.
