The app is a bit laggy and it didn't show any of my favorite lists from when I use it via computer. It also doesn't let me view my points so I can use them when placing the order :/ (I didn't want to lose out on the massive deal they're having right now, but using my points would have been preferred.)

The products themselves are perfect, it's the app itself that's just strange. Navigation is easy and there's features that would make it perfect... The problem is that it refuses to accept my card when I put it in. I had to pay on the website instead to actually buy my items

Dude what the hell is wrong with the company or the app or whatever, like I've been trying to order a single pair of contacts and a case for the last 3 weeks, going back to try again thinking "maybe it was just the app needing to figure itself out" but yeah, no. I even tried going through their website on Google and it redirected me to the app... like dude what?? I can't order anything and there's nothing in their help center that's giving me a reason why, I even asked reddit.. also nothing.
