Love DAC!!! Products are of higher quality than any other I've purchased. They are always offering a wide selection of DP so I do have a difficult time trying to decide what to do next but that is also part of the excitement. I cannot speak on customer service because I haven't had to contact them however I have read the service is exceptional. I look forward to years of continued DP with DAC.

Love the app and the kits but it has become beyond irritating that it's always sold out. They constantly add new pictures but won't restock the ones they have available on the site that are super popular. Their are 3 specific pictures I have been waiting months to be restocked and still havn't been. RESTOCK the popular pictures already available and stop worrying about constantly releasing new stuff several times a week.

Big fan of this app as it's the best way to browse their products for me. My only complaint is that the option to favorite certain paintings is no longer working. It was nice to be able to categorize ones I've already bought and ones I'd like to buy and view them in their own section easily. It worked for about a week once I downloaded the app and now just brings up a tab that doesn't lead anywhere. Would love for this to get fixed and definitely recommend this app for anyone else who loves DAC!
