Older, black haired lady was very rude. She's new and doesn't have friendly customer service. The owner, A- assured me she would take care of a problem, told me to make 2nd trip back with my items, and she would cash refund them. After we arrive, she says that she's been thinking and discussed everything with the Real"Owner" because she wasn't the real owner, her Mom was! and they couldn't take the items back, with receipt and tags on, only 2 days past policy! Wasted my time an gas! Dishonesty!
