The app definitely has some glitches but it works well for the most part. Connecting live has the most issues, sometimes it works sometimes it don't. It's definitely less expensive than calling it for men. Right now my main issue is that the notifications aren't always popping up. One feature I wish they would bring back from the old version is where you could adjust the list, whether by location or you want to change the list format. Make it quicker to get to a location rather than scrolling.

I've had major issues with the app after only using it for three to four weeks. App would not let me log in. Finally tech support deleted my account and I set up a new one to only have the same problem. Have called numerous times and not getting resolution. Last time I called representative was very rude. No one seems to care, cannot get help to resolve problem for good. I've set up whole new profile and once it was completed again can't log in and all it does is bring me back to log in screen.

A piece of s*** ! Live connector not work try customer service to get techno support to look at it they don't have one or they say they don't have one. Can I get assistance do not waste your time or money on this app. If you want to waste your money send it to me ***********UPDATE 12/20/18********* still having the same issues it is not fixed they need to go and try it again
