I have to scan the same book multiple times and maybe it'll tell you where to go. I scanned a book that I know is still in rotation and it kept saying not on mod. You need to update the updated, quick. Scanned the same book multiple times first time it showed me where it was supposed to be the rest saying in can't find it. FIX THIS APP!

If I was a company I wouldnt invest in this. Maybe this is why reps get so far behind. Maybe thats why the 3 companies before my company took over books were so far behind because this app is a hit or miss. You guys really need to do some updates or fix it cause this is really hard on the reps to get the jobs done because of the apps malfunctions. All day long Ive scanned books that have showed no mod but was on new releases. I wish our company would find a better app and walmart would too.

The app is now very slow and doesn't recognize the books. Might as well delete the app its basically useless now. I don't even know why they updated it. because it worked perfectly fine before.
