About this game

Zoom from a planet's surface out to distant galaxies, then reshape the whole system with your own hands.

Solar System Simulator is a real-time gravity sandbox built on Newton's laws and real astronomical data. Every body you add, move or destroy recalculates the orbits of everything else, live.

• Smash worlds together: impact craters carve into the surface, firestorms sweep the globe, and glowing debris rains back down.
• Build your own universe: add planets, moons, asteroids and comets with their own size, mass and looks, or customise the ones already there.
• Land anywhere: drop to a first-person view on any planet's surface and experience its environment.
• Sculpt rings: add particle rings and watch gravity shape them in real time.
• Witness real eclipses: solar and lunar, with real-world astronomical precision.
• Follow comets: watch them streak past and interact with the bodies they meet.
• Leave the Solar System: travel to remarkable nearby stars and find them within the Milky Way.
• Feel the scale: see the true vastness of space, from a pebble-sized moon to the nearest galaxies.

Whether you're here to learn how gravity really works or just to break planets with it, explore at your own pace.

Start your cosmic adventure with Solar System Simulator!
Space gravity sandbox: build planets, smash worlds, explore the solar system.

this is a great game, it's always fun to create your own system. although from time to time the lighting is bugged, and the day side of planets gets flooded in light even out to the cold zone of a star. and some types of stars, when I'm trying to place planets to orbit it, the grid is vertical, please fix these. other than that this is a great game

The game is well, but transparency and luminosity for ocean is not saved, and transparency is not 0 from start of slider so planets with shallow water don't look as good. slider could have number values and you can type number in there, since it is hard to make it look smoother planets. I hope you make these changes please

Awesome app! By the way, Add Procedural Barren(Procedural Planet but without oceans), and Procedural Clouds. the star rotation glitch is still there, Stars STILL DON'T SPIN as a result... Star glitch still there. Object descriptions would be nice though. Allow for orbits to be locked too, useful for systems that have big things close together (and also when the planet can have a moon but the star rips it away regardless)
