The app just isn't functioning the way it should be. The app was mean to be the payment gateway, but whenever I tried to open the add and scan QR, either it is error in code or internet connection whereas my internet works well on others platform. I doubt on how much money is AEON pay for maintaining the app to keep it function well.

I think the app works twice in a month. Then error loading. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work a few times before error again. If you want us to scan by the app, or know how much credit we have, or know about new things related to the card, you need to actually have a usable app.

there are several points that the app isn't satisfied, but I bring up one bad experience. I scan to pay by ABA visa card machine at one shop, it pop up 3 additional fields automatically with amount of payment. after pushing pay botton, it said that u cannot select up to more than 2 additional fields. the payment cannot be processed due to we cannot deselect the additional fields. after calling to customer service, they couldn't recognize the problem. pls investigate and make the app more usable.
