About this app

The program for the collection of goods and materials (income, expenditure, orders, estimates, input residues) for subsequent exchange with the accounting program on a computer. The program works independently and does not require a constant connection to the Internet or a local network.

C program Vvs "Data acquisition" can scan bar codes of goods via built-in camera or barcode scanner. It should be noted that the use of large volumes of barcode scanner is preferable.

You can also enter product codes from the keyboard or select items from the list. Thus, Vvs "Data Collection" can be applied without the use of bar coding.

Product names and their bar codes, prices and balances can be loaded into Vvs "Data acquisition" of the accounting program.

The following options are loading goods:

- Download product descriptions directly via a network connection with our accounting program Vvs "Office - Warehouse - Shop"

- Loading from a text file, which can be obtained by e-mail or pumped from the server.

For each of the read code number entered, and if necessary, the price. Displays the total amount.

It supports editing and adding new products. Can read bar codes that are not given a product name and price. Names of new products can be started directly in the program and then transfer into your program.

The following options are selected discharge codes:

- Unloading codes entered and changed the names of the goods directly through a network connection with our accounting program Vvs "Office - Warehouse - Shop"
- Upload a text file which can then be sent by e-mail or by another service.

Possible scenarios:

- Inventory. Inventory warehouse or retail outlet.

- The arrival of the goods. Receiving consignment warehouse. The ability to enter names of the goods when reading an unknown barcode.

- Sale of goods. Selection of products for the customer in the territory or trading hall.

- Itinerant trade retail. If the sales point is difficult to equip a computer to record sales, then use your phone or tablet can facilitate the drawing up of a sales report.

- Work on the customer's premises. Drafting estimates for the order or the customer's premises.

To read the bar code with the camera phone using free software open source project Barcode Scanner ZXing. If it is not installed, you will be prompted to install it (requires an Internet connection). It is also possible to install without access to the Internet from the APK file.
