Doesn't connect to Bluetooth at all. Only connects to wifi once, and then you have to start all over again the next time you need ta use this rubbish app. Piece of poop garbage! The unit itself is also poop. It randomly goes into various errors for no rhyme or reason. Once the unit goes into any kind of random error, the UPS function turns itself off. This makes it impossible to use as a UPS unless you sit right next to the unit 24 hrs a day to keep resetting the errors. Avoid promptly!

App works using R1500 gen. App designers stuffed too much on screen, so eyes squint just to see small font watts input and output numbers. Users are still wondering why LOCATION IS REQUIRED when bluetooth/wi-fi connection appears to be sufficient for most other wireless experiences. Will you answer this question please? If failing bluetooth detection : 3feet away I start scan and wait 10-15 seconds. Needs time to detect BT device I guess. This helps anyone?

Connection issues, I purchased two (2) units of the r600 and it will only allow me to see one at a time. I have to disconnect one at a time and reconnect to the other to use the app for the product control. That's a serious problem-issue when you choose to buy four units as it's advertised in the ad to stack and add units and connect them all together.
