Awful upgrade. No running balance like before, won't let me open from the app and have to keep going through the play store just to get in. I hate it, not user friendly at all. Needs to be changed back. Ok. Just tried to get in after re-installing. It made me start the whole process all over again. I'm going to be looking for a new bank unless you put the old app back.

1) The button to push for Logout is extremely inconvenient to find both on this mobile app and on the desktop computer version. Locating it should be up front and convenient, not rooting and searching in various locations. Everyone with any security savvy logs out every visit. Since it is done every time, it should be up front and easy to use- one click, not a stupid search. And if the app/website developers somehow mistakenly imagine a hidden Logout enhances security, they are wrong!

This new app is absolutely horrible! 95% of the time it won't let me log in. When I try to log in it says that there's an"authentication issue" and it makes me log in over and over and over again. I can't even access my accounts. It tells me to turn on some date and time setting in my phone that I cant even find. The app used to be convenient but now it's almost completely useless.
