Upgraded phone. App no longer works. Un-installed and re-installed. I now want to cancel membership, but app shows I have none even though my credit card is still being billed. App is useless and can't cancel or login on web page. Very bad experience

Don't get this app and don't go to Woodies at all. I got a discounted wash for 10 bucks but they signed me up for their 30$ monthly service without my knowledge and I'm pretty sure I can't get a refund. This is such a slimy business practice don't fall for their silver tongue when at their car wash and just pay in cash

Very difficult and misleading. It asks me for O.K. terms and conditions when it doesn't show them.
