Ratings and reviews

Sometimes drivers put that they have arrived at pickup location, but when I look at the app it's shows that there aren't at the pickup location. When I request a ride from 4pm or later my ride is always canceled and I have to either get a Lyft or call a friend to pick me up.

DoNot Use Yellow Cab, the driver came to my address, as soon as I was about to get in he straight pulled off on me. Called back to tell them what happened, the dispatcher hung up on me, called back again! .the manager said there wasn't anything he can do he isn't in control of the drivers. TF!

Terrible. I requested an early morning ride with 2+ days lead time. No one came to pick me up. When I called to find out what happened the man said the office has 20 other things to do rather than watch for ride requests.
