There are two different schools of Bengali Calendars. The old Surya Siddhanta based system and the modern Drik or Bishuddha Siddhanta based system. These two systems often differs in terms of date and Titihi time etc. In this Panjika you can choose the one you follow and do your rituals accordingly.

Surprised to observe that even after so many bug fixes since the new version's launch, how did the developers missed few things like: 1. Misspelling of উপযোগিতা (or উপযোগীতা) instead of 'উপোযোগিতা' in the welcome page (where user is informed about the new version for the first time). 2. The toggle button in the settings page for switching between the versions works as intended but not the list item containing the toggle button [most probably it's not bound to the same callback(s)].

Using this calendar time to time from a long time, I forget to give it five stars earlier so here it is with my updated review! (Really useful and clean calendar) Edit - I really like the new features, and some other features are also available for free! I like to customize it and the blue color looks sweet to me more then red, Thank you Bangla calendar, now I think I don't need any other calendar app. This is great now :)

It was good before now it takes half an hour just to open the app , stuck on loading screen | Edit: Too much ads, I'll give it a negative star If possible anyone who's reading this review, use other adfree Bengali calendar apps available in Play store , I know you need ads to earn revenue and continue the development of this app but this much ads is unacceptable and not possible to use the app at all. worst update ever, I'll just revert back to the old version of the app if needed
