Install this app, signup with your mail id, register using your 13 digit service number for paying electricity bills. Once you register and login, you stay connected with us for a seamless service experience.

Ratings and reviews

It was much easier to pay through PhonePe. This is far too complex for old people to understand how to pay. They were used to paying through PhonePe where service number and payment details are already there. So they just needed to enter PIN and pay. Now they have to follow a long series of steps entering UPI IDs and everything. At least add an option to save payment methods for god's sake.

Worst App as like our AP Government. They don't have proper budget to design the App and they will ask us to come and pay here. Where Amazon, Cred, GPay etc.. are giving best services. Issues : 1) In registration 1 number is not working and to contact customer care no proper POC. 2) No proper back button process. Please fix the all bugs and then bring the App into the market.

The worst app i have ever seen, No complaints or payment history is being tracked in the app once we raise a complaint or pay bill. If we pay the bill then it shuld be under payment history but its not If we raise any complaint then there is no track with in the app
