About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child’s attendance, behaviour & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you’re not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child’s key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behaviour information, including positive & negative behaviour points awarded this year
- Manage your child’s payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they’re working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child’s timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Ratings and reviews

Poor interface, difficult to navigate. Making payments that are due takes an age and involves having to re-enter the amount even though it is displayed on the screen. Encourage your school to use something better.

It works better than ParentMail, in that it just _emails_ you instead of having an in-app "mailbox" interface from 1992. However the rest of the interface is absolutely useless, e.g: Why is the opening screen "select school"? Is this really a common enough occurrence that parents will be using this for two separate schools? Why is every club/meal booking screen not just a calendar view, with the choices on the days they refer to, instead of the _day you paid for them_‽

Really bad app. I haven't been able to verify my account. It keeps telling me my Childs date of birth doesn't match any of my kids that attend the school. I only have one child at that school. The school has the right information, but the app still doesn't work. This app, along with others like it, should be scrapped. Absolutely terrible app.
