This app is useless for me. Thank God🙏 if it works for you! It's been months since I've been trying to log into it, but in vain. I called the bank and I was told to go to my phone's settings, then apps and choose BHD, delete storage data, uninstall and reinstall the app. I followed all these steps many many times but I still can't get in.

I used it for a while and was very good but I e day it stoped working for my user even though I haven't changed a thing. Tried to solve the issue with the call center and in person 3 months ago and I'm still without beings able to log in.

I'm having troubles with the application, on my old smartphone there was no issue even now, but when I use it in a samsung galaxy s8+ ,the application tells my that there is an error and don't let me log in "a ocurrido un error intente mas tarde"
