Sometimes it's not opening but better than previously. I would like you to add an option of blocking the Internet when we are away for days and also change the way of counting the validity by including the hours and minutes to when the voucher was used and which has to expire in the same time (hh mn) instead of days, this procedure of days is only taking away a lot of hours when we top up around midnight. Why only "espace client " does always have problems of opening 😠

Its june 2024, and they still did not fix the login issue! It literally renders the app useless. The problem is that they have no competition, and their data management is ancient. I wish they improved their infrastructure and operate with modern standards.

It could've been super useful but it's a poor excuse of an app. Can't even log in 8 times out of 10. On most days I can't even log into my account, pay the phone bill or internet bill online or by using a card/ticket. None of these options work.. Sadly, I can't give it more than 1 star.
