Ratings and reviews

I have using app for Faysal bank and UBL as well. I found UBL user friendly. In FBA SOME TIME IT TAKES LONG TO LOG ON. and then repeatedly requirements of OTP for transfer of funds make difficulties. Some times time expires but OTP not receive. Moreover accounts update not carried out in time. So many times I trued to pay my credit cards bill it shows in correct amount in bill payment option.

Faisal Bank’s app is confusing and not user-friendly. Transaction arrows are reversed—green/up for incoming, red/down for outgoing—leading to mistakes. There's no option to generate or download proper receipts for transactions, and the statement download feature doesn’t work. The interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall, the app needs major improvements to meet basic banking standards. Until then, I can only rate it 1 star.

Poor experience overall. Difficult to login. Sometimes the OTP takes too long to arrive. Too slow. Unnecessary security mechanisms. Difficult to add a beneficiary. 20 year old tech and features. Thinking of changing the bank because of this. Can't even see my balance. Please pay a good designer to create a new app with better features, and low latencies.
