Struggle to get appointments in a timely manner, and chat and feedback doesn't work. When I was unable to get an appointment in reasonable time do discuss pain management, there were nothing for two weeks. When I then tried to use the chat to see if there were any alternatives, it repeatedly gave an error message. When I submitted a message on the website, it failed to give any acknowledgement. When I then tried to submit a review on the website, it repeatedly gave internal server errors.

Gets worse each time I use it (or is it each time they're bought out?) The clinicians almost always turn up late. Sometimes they don't turn up at all. If they do turn up, the video call I've booked is usually replaced by a phone call 'for technical reasons'. And, the icing on the cake, when they don't turn up I usually get an email blaming me for missing my appointment.

Used to be fantastic, but the waiting times are appalling now. My medication has run out and I'm unable to get more without speaking to a GP, but I can't get an appointment in the next two weeks so I'm stuck in limbo. What happened to this being a 24/7 service? I've never seen an appointment available before 10am or after 9pm. Edit: Downgrading to one star. Service is appaling now. Can't get an appointment for weeks. Can't speak to anyone when I need urgent help.
