It quit working for me. As soon as app opens, it says system error try again later or contact customer service. I've done both, and neither were helpful. I finally found a fix where I had to go into my settings and clear the data several times before it started working again. I also feel like the app needs an overhaul on looks and what it can do.

Suddenly Won't Work: This app has worked fine for as long as I've had it (2-3 years)...until 2 days ago. Now, it won't let me log in (same problem as others have mentioned). Aside from the current problem, it doesn't have as many features as other banks' apps, which is frustrating. It's very basic, but I would like for it to work again. *I reinstalled—no help. **Update: FIX—Thanks to Carrie McCaghren for the suggestion! Go to settings, select the app, and delete the app's data/cache!

The app is easy to use EXCEPT when it comes to mobile deposits. I took a break from trying after capturing SIX different images of my check and the deposit repeatedly failed. You really need to fix this. I eventually got it to work but it shouldn't take so many attempts, especially when each image was clear and all corners visible.
