This app used to work, but now I'm having problems with logging in. I get an error message saying that the app is having trouble logging me in, even though Customer Service fixed the issue TWO DAYS AGO!! Zelle is also having issues too; it won't send a verification code to my phone number. If People's Bank supports Zelle, then why can't I use it? Customer Service can only do so much, I need this to get fixed

Terrible. Ya can't fix what's not broken. Everytime the app is changed it gets worse. I just transferred money to my sons unlinked account the verification bubble said "$23.00 was transferred to from checking account." Transferred to where? Could've been wrong account. I've had my whole social security check taken 2x in error once i never got it back it was a credit card bill i was disputing.JCP are thieves & Synchrony partners & crime. In case ya dont know that my WHOLE MTHLY INCOME!

Edit: app used to be simple and fantastic. The latest version is now extremely cumbersome making you click multiple times to get into a account overlays. The customize feature is terrible. A previous version allowed user to revert back to old style but now that's gone. I'm really disappointed they took something great and turned it into garbage. Edit 03/31/2023: The user interface of this app continues to get worse and worse to the point where I'm considering doing my banking elsewhere.
