The communication between the app and the device is truly terrible. It drops multiple times in the course of a standard interaction and always makes you select it on login. Even when you're changing settings that don't need immediate communication to the device, losing signal will make you start from scratch. The device itself and the remote are pretty great, but setting up the biorhythm modes is easier with the app. Sometimes I use the app because I can't reach the remote, but that's it.

Will not fully connect to my V2. Will pair initially but asks me to switch the rocker back and forth to verify that it is the correct bedjet. I do that and the app doesn't do anything. It just sits there!!!! No ok button to push, nothing. The last version of the app did this same thing and it was a screen sizing issue with only this app. Why didn't they fix this issue. Disappointing since I love everything else about bedjet. UPDATE: BedJet customer service helped me connect easily!

Hi Kayla, Sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting your BedJet to the app. We have found some phones require pairing to the BedJet through the Bluetooth settings menu prior to connecting through the app. Please try pairing within your phones setting and contact us if you continue to have issues info@bedjet.com/401-404-5250. -Tim, Mgr.

App is garbage, never can connect to wireless (yes it's a 2.3ghz frequency) Bedjet v3, cant update it as can't connect. Interesting thing is if I intentionally add a typo it begins the connect process and errors for bad password yet when I use the correct password the connection test doesn't even start. GG least you can still use the controller with no issues . Love the product, app is pointless. Update- don't fall for the dev response, you will never get an email from support. All copy paste.
