The app does a job. I can pay but that's about it. The app doesn't save me details to login so I have to go through the getting started screen everytime I use the app. Can't ever message anyone for help. Half the links route you through a circle of the same links. And then some of the stuff doesn't even work. But I can pay for my bills which is the main reason I have it.

If the app works, it's OK. It's just not user friendly in any way. It takes a ton of searching for the right option, messages for stuff like peak save disappear and then you have to go through several different menus to find it. It's not great. Slow to update meter amounts, so if you can't get to the meter to read it, or your smart meter isn't working, then you're buggered.

A very slow app. The latest is updating your card yearly. Then you get a message "oops that was not supposed to happen." Cards are normally issued with a 3 year life. So why is it necessary for all this nonsense. Pin is rubbish, never works. Please sort out, many of you customers work long hours and are not able to pop in to a shop. The app is important, especially rurally. Please sort it out
