Correcting an earlier poor review. Operator error. Yes, the app and setup are confusing at first but you can't make it please everyone since everyone wants something different from it. The pics are clear. You can adjust the sensitivity. Playback works once you get used to it. We are really enjoying the feeder and the app. Will probably get one for my elderly MIL to entertain her.

Currently, the app connects and will show me a live feed. What I can't seem to do is alter any settings. The minute I click on anything in the settings, I get a gray box with a spinning circle. The doesn't go away unless I full exit the app. Seems like there may be a few issues with how the app operates. I have tried on two different brands of phone. Without being able to adjust settings, the app is pretty useless.

Device is nice, app is horrible. Notnuser friendly at all. Images saved in different places and no real continuity to it. Can't save images from messages anywhere so I've been screenshotting. Have to view images by date and not all at once. I have no idea what date a specific bird came to the feeder. Images on the camera aren't as clear as I'd like them to be especially when zooming in. Hoping for an update to make this more user friendly and streamlined.
