Didn't track me score. Would jump around from hole to hole without me clicking anything. Would change randomly from score to track yardage, I don't understand why I would need to do that in the first place. Even when I entered information it didn't save it. The times I hit save hole it still wouldn't save. The app needs a LOT of work. UI is terrible.

I recently went on a golf trip with several friends and three of us had this speaker. For whatever reason, mine would not update distances, holes, etc. if my phone was asleep - theirs worked fine. As soon as I'd open the phone, the distances would update. We compared settings and everything appeared the same so I have no idea what's going on.

Hi Ben, thank you for reaching out! Sorry to hear that yours was not updating distances. If that happens its usually just a quick settings adjustment in your phone device. Please try steps below. Also message me at michael@blueteesgolf.com and I can guide you through. 1. Battery save set to unrestricted 2. Turn off pause app activity if unused

Downloaded this app to use with my new Player+ speaker/GPS. Right during the middle of an important 54 hole tournament the app crashed multiple times and could not be opened again all day. Had to return the device and unsubscribe from the app because if I can't depend on it then there's no use in paying a premium price for something that is free elsewhere.

Hey Nathan, I am very sorry to hear this experience. Can you let me know when this occurred? I would like to make this right and understand what has happened. We had a bug uncovered that may have caused this. We have moved quickly to resolve the bug and have a new app release available tomorrow. Ill be reaching out to make this right.
