Brainscape distills any subject down into bite-sized facts (neatly organized into decks and classes), which are posed as question-and-answer pairs, compelling you to actively recall information from scratch. Ratings and reviews

The last time I took American history was high school. After getting my Associates and taking a gap year, I've only now decided to major in history. Being able to review what I learned in U.S. History 101 and 102 three years ago is a literal godsend! The information is condensed and presented in a repetitive format that makes it easier to remember- and it's fun. If you want to review/study for lower level college classes, this is it! (It does not seem to have higher level history classes.)

I have been using brainscape to help me study for my Introductory Certified Sommlier Course. Before I found the app, I was struggling to get through the coursework book and determine what knowledge I needed to retain. Brainscape makes it easy to study and retain the necessary knowledge for me to pass. I am so glad I found brainscape. They have so many topics you can study as well, and the way it tracks your progress is really motivating. It shows you what areas you still need to learn!

I really love this app because it's very helpful for studying and also it does it in a way that is *actually* effective at helping Students & learners study maintain their knowledge – for any reason/discipline. In addition to its clearly superior effectiveness, the deck builder features (on website or app) is very intuitive & customizable. To anyone trying to study, I recommend this app.
