Leaves a lot to be desired. UI/UX is horrible. It does the basics, but the programming is shoddy - occasionally I can't click on anything and have to restart the app. Seems like password is constantly expiring and you can't reset it on the app "for security reasons." It's 2021. The technology absolutely exists to be able to do mobile banking to its full extent securely. The actual design of the app is horrible. It looks like it's straight out of a 1990s Palm pilot OS.

Mobile banking, you have to be joking I have taken photos of my checks hundreds of times, clear readable pictures, doesn't work, their mobile banking app has many other issues, they don't seem concerned with providing solutions or trying to improve anything having to do with their mobile app. During the pandemic they began charging monthly services fees for their "free" checking accounts. Been a customer for almost 20 years, used to be great, won't be a customer for much longer.

I absolutely love the convenience of the app the one and only negative is the camera function! It takes forever for the camera to snap the picture !!!! It feels like an eternity!!! I'm old and I can't hold still long enough for the super slow camera to snap the picture!!! Its HORRIBLE!!!!!
