Terrible, unusable app. Medical centers showing on the "Map of medical centers" do not show in the list when I try to make an appointment. The map itself reloads randomly on its own. If you click on a center on the map the pop-up stays open even if you click on another location. You can't click on the location and start booking an appointment directly. All in all - pretty useless app, if I need to get anything done I need to call Bulstrad's contact center, not sure why this mobile app exists.

Tried to submit a request for reimbursement of expenses 4 times, the system shuts you off; only the first time there was an error message, the next 3 times the system just crashes. No proper error messages, no info what`s going on in the system. UNUSABLE. Spend a good hour trying to figure out the problem - no result.

Only people with steel nerves can work with this app. App crashes, and it does not support standard file size uploads. This forces the user to use a 3rd party image converter or to adjust the camera to take bad quality photos.
