The new map function is as stupid as it gets. No idea how the product got such a massive downgrade, why would you still use burpplebeyond with such a terrible map when there are other better alternatives Edit: Even after so many negative comments, it still retained the amended map function rather than the original. What a terrible app!! Edited in 2024: Over the years, burpple's map got downgraded for utility. But right now, it's a 0. It can't even be used. Disappointing

Got a free subscription due to a credit card promotion but they took my credit card details and charged me sgd99 for a subsequent subscription. I disputed the transaction to no avail and now I do not have the burpple beyond membership despite having paid the subscription fee. Not that I wanted to get the membership in the first place, as the deals in the app were pretty lacklustre and I barely used any deals even when the membership was given free. Tldr, don't bother even with the free sub.

Generally a great variety of deals and kudos to the team for pulling through a tough few years during the pandemic. One recent observation noticed is the lack of updates to the individual deals. I've been to both Tap and Smile Dessert only to realize the 1-for-1 had other T&Cs not stated in the app. Requests have been put in to make those changes but were not reflected.
