The only guidance give for creating a password is that it must be at least 4 characters. I made one longer and was unable to complete the profile. No guidance was given about why? Was my password too long? are special characters not allowed? upper case allowed? numerics allowed? I like to make my passwords difficult. What are the details for passwords? If an app is not happy with your input it should give guidance, not just do nothing. Also, support should accommodate hearing impaired.

For some reason, I found it a bit difficult to get started with this app. Having done so, it now saves me what seems like hours per month. (It's really minutes per month, but they are very important minutes.) I am appreciative of Celgene for my Revlimid and also for this app.

I have installed & uninstalled this app twice. It does not leave an app icon on my phone. The only way to access it is by going back to google playstore & searching for the app again. It will let sign in. Very inconvenient!
