I love this app! Very easy to use and fraud protection included. Gives User complete control of their finances with no hidden fees. The only thing I'd say is it would be nice to be able to do wire transfers from the app.

I think Charlie is trying to do better but they still are not very good. I've been waiting a week and a half on another card because I lost my wallet and there's no way to see the card number to even use my money. I had to figure out a way to transfer the money from Charlie to my Capital One so I can have money so right now I don't recommend them

So far so but the only complaint I have is they issue a new card every time I have a problem I have had since 2023 5 card because of an error or complaint that's it. But overall they are good
